About Us

Plan Group is a Construction Management company which brings together over a decade of experience in the successful delivery of projects across a number of different sectors. Our comprehensive range of services and a client focussed ethos ensures a holistic approach to project delivery. We identify and manage project risk and understand that relationships are key to successful outcomes for our clients.

Every project is different, and Plan Group’s solutions are individually tailored and client driven. We offer flexibility in terms of engagement and delivery models, working collaboratively with all stakeholder groups to ensure best practice and effective delivery.


Our Sectors

The team at Plan Group brings together extensive experience across a number of sectors including Commercial, Retail, Education, Healthcare and Life sciences. Contained in these sectors, the types of projects vary enormously and there are obvious cross overs; specialist lab and commercial works for Universities, combined retail and office fit outs, administration areas within the hospital environment.

James Doyle, Daniel Korber and Tony Davidson started Plan Group together in 2012 with a united vision to deliver high quality solutions for their clients, within a flexible, nimble environment. Japara Health Care - 60 Bed Aged Care Facility in Glen Waverly

Plan Group have recently been appointed for the construction of new Aged Care Accommodation for Japara Healthcare. Japara Healthcare is one of Australia’s largest private sector enterprises in the aged care and retirement industry. Plan Group are about to commence construction of 60 Bed Aged Care Facility in Glen Waverly. This new project includes all finishes, fixed fixtures, services, landscaping and other external works to a 4 Star Green Star Certification.

Plan Group are still growing! We are still employing and welcome a number of new staff including: Contracts Administrator Lee Kosky, Receptionist/Administration Assistant Emily Chandler and Site Labourer Daniel Podbury.
