A huge congratulations to Bill Tsam and Robert Heggie, who both recently marked 10 years with Plan Group!

Bill Tsam – Over the past decade, Bill has played a key role in delivering numerous successful projects across Melbourne as a Site Manager. His calm leadership, practical mindset, and commitment to quality have made him a trusted presence on-site. Notable projects include the Royal Melbourne Hospital Future Office Fitout, Alfred Health, and Chads tone Shopping Centre.

Robert Heggie – Rob joined Plan Group as our very first Project Manager and has been a cornerstone of our growth ever since. In recent years, he’s led one of our most ambitious steps yet, expanding into the Brisbane market. Now as General Manager Queensland, Rob is building a strong team, growing our presence, and shaping the next chapter for Plan Group.

Bill and Rob, thank you for your leadership, your contributions, and everything you’ve helped build over the past 10 years. We’re lucky to have you both as part of the Plan Group story. Here’s to the next decade!
