Big things ahead for Plan Group in 2026!

We’re excited to mark a significant milestone in Plan Group’s story with the appointment of James Dean as General Manager – NSW starting January 2026. James will lead our expansion and build on the strong foundation established in Victoria and Queensland. His appointment marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for Plan Group, and we look forward to sharing more updates in the months ahead.

As we begin this new chapter, we’re proud to announce Nathan Maxwell will assume the position of General Manager – Geelong, ensuring continued leadership and stability within the region. After 8 years of dedication and impact across the business, Nathan’s transition into this role is a natural next step. Together, Nathan and James will focus on a collaborative transition throughout 2025 – ensuring consistency for our people, projects, and partners, while maintaining leadership continuity and setting the business up for a confident handover in January 2026.

Jarod Mason will continue his role as Director, overseeing Geelong and Regional operations and supporting the team through this exciting period of change.
