We’re excited to announce the launch of the first official Plan Group Graduate Program, kicking off in 2026!
At Plan Group, we don’t just build spaces, we build careers. Our Graduate Program is designed to develop the next generation of construction and project management professionals through hands-on experience, structured rotations, and dedicated mentorship across key business functions.

Please note we have an annual intake of Grads at the start of every year, with recruitment taking place in August/September.
Who we’d like to hear from:
You don’t need to have any prior industry experience to join the Plan Group Graduate Program. We’re looking for enthusiastic students and recent graduates who are ready to take the next step in their careers. If you’re studying or have completed a degree in Construction, Engineering, Design, Quantity Surveying, or a related field, we want to hear from you. Most importantly, you’ll bring energy, curiosity, and a drive to grow.
Please note: applicants must hold Australian or New Zealand Citizenship or Permanent Residency at the time of application.
