We’re excited to be underway on two new projects at 2 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne for ISPT.

Our basebuild and amenities project includes upgrades across 17 floors, refreshed lift lobbies, and new cold and warm shell tenancy spaces on Levels 7, 32 and 33, plus a spec suite on Level 39 still in design development phase.

Meanwhile, we’re delivering a premium flex space on Level 2, featuring offices, meeting rooms, conference and event spaces. Level 8 also will introduce three spec suites along with a dedicated wellness hub, incorporating consult rooms, a spin studio and fitness spaces.

We’re excited to see these spaces bring energy, flexibility and functionality to the workplace.
