Plan Group is thrilled to share that we have been selected by GPT to lead an exciting refurbishment project at 8 Exhibition Street, Melbourne. This initiative involves a comprehensive upgrade of the lift lobbies and amenities on levels 17 and 18, as well as a combination of cold and warm shell works.

This engagement is under an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) arrangement, which will enable us to collaborate closely with GPT from the project’s inception to ensure optimal design and execution.
