We are thrilled to announce that Plan Group has been awarded the fitout works for Brand Collective at 88 Green Street, Cremorne, a landmark PCA A-Grade commercial office development by LK Property Group.

Our scope of work spans Levels 1-5 and 7, covering approximately 6,770m². The project involves transforming the base building’s cold shell into a vibrant, open-plan workspace, aligning seamlessly with the industrial heritage of the area. Key features include a significant use of exposed and natural finishes, capturing a modern yet authentic aesthetic.
