Plan Group is proud to be delivering the refurbishment of the 34-room Maternity Ward at Epworth Freemasons, following the successful completion of our Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) phase.

The project will revitalise all 34 maternity suites, including new joinery throughout, updated floor coverings, appliances, new wall tiling, plumbing fixtures, and a full repaint to create refreshed, welcoming spaces for families and staff.

Delivered within a live hospital environment, the works will be carefully staged across three phases to ensure the project is completed safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to patients, staff, and hospital operations.

We’re pleased to be working alongside the Epworth team to enhance these important maternity facilities and look forward to bringing the upgraded spaces to life.
