Project Win! Marcus Oldham College – North Accommodation.

We’re excited to announce that our Geelong team has commenced our first project at Marcus Oldham College.

The project entails the construction of a brand-new 45-bed accommodation wing along with associated works. This marks a significant milestone for us, and we’re thrilled to embark on this journey with Marcus Oldham College and 3iD Architecture.

With works recently kicking off in February, this development will see the rise of a stunning three-story student accommodation building on the college grounds. The project involves a series of carefully planned phases, including demolition, piling, excavation, civil and ground works, structural elements, roof, and façade construction.
