We are excited to announce that Plan Group has been selected as the Head Contractor for the transformative extension and redevelopment of the Spruhan Avenue Neighbourhood Hub in Norlane! This project, in collaboration with The Good Neighbourhood Project and Select Architects, will create a vibrant hub that supports the neighbourhood through a holistic and community-driven approach.

The new Neighbourhood Hub will feature an urban farm, a 45-seat café, a 120-seat dining hall, a commercial kitchen, kids’ play area, outdoor eating spaces, a makers space, and more! Together, we’re helping to build a space where the community can thrive, connect, and grow!
