We’re proud to announce a new project win at Strathpine Centre for YFG Shopping Centres. Working in conjunction with managing agents Retail First and Project Management firm Tango, we will deliver a major Vertical Transport Upgrade to enhance accessibility and customer movement.

The scope of works includes the removal of the existing pedestrian ramp to allow the introduction of a new travelator connecting under croft parking to Level 1 retail and a new passenger lift connecting rooftop parking, Level 1 retail and under croft parking.

The project also includes improvements to both basement and rooftop entries, tenancy alterations, and upgrades to finishes and services to ensure seamless integration with the existing centre.
