Located at 144 Edward Street, the project involves a full transformation across two floors, starting with a soft strip-out and complete removal of the existing tenancies. The new workspace will be modern, functional, and designed to support a dynamic and efficient working environment.

A standout feature is the construction of an internal staircase linking the two floors – requiring significant structural works, including slab strengthening, stair void formation, and structural steel installation.
