We’re thrilled to announce a fantastic project win for our Geelong team – the refurbishment of Victoria House on Moorabool St in collaboration with Arnold Thomas & Becker and Wardle Studio.

This 1950s modernist building will be transformed into a six-storey commercial office space, blending historical restoration with contemporary innovation and sustainability.

Key features include a high-performance façade, passive solar design, and a rooftop terrace with bay views. With its modernised floor plans and revitalised street presence, the building is set to become a landmark in Geelong’s commercial landscape.
