James Dean – General Manager
With extensive experience leading successful operations and driving growth within Plan Group, James now heads up our NSW branch.
His focus? Building a people-first culture with a distinctly NSW identity. As James puts it:

I’m looking to replicate the people-first culture we’ve built across other states, while giving it a distinctly NSW identity that reflects this market and the talent within it.”

David Rinaldi – Project Director
David offers a wealth of industry expertise and a strong Sydney project portfolio – giving our clients the confidence of local insight backed by proven delivery. As David says:
